Dad…I’m eating books. And gems. And magical things. And for some reason, that’s normal now? Like, it seems<\/em> normal when I’m doing it, and suddenly it’s unnatural and I can’t believe I’ve done it and people are yelling at me about eating rare valuable tomes and I don’t know what the hell is going on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My armor’s happy about it, I got a thousand plus 150 something in magical gold value? I don’t know what it means.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, Fenstidia is some sort of mistress of a magical house in a book, and we got sucked into it. Turns out she was studying something outside<\/em> Nibelheim, and she’s been sucked into it and doesn’t exist anywhere in the mansion now?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So now we’re walking around this big mansion and there’s all kinds of weird stuff in here <\/p>\n\n\n\n

OH GOD THEY TOOK HEIDI I TOTALLY FORGOT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heidi, our giant…hippo lady? Got taken away by this thing<\/em> from the “Outside” with detached arms and the worst kind of hugs. Just sucked up straight into the ceiling and we couldn’t do a damn thing about it. So now as well as trying to get out of this manor trap (why do we have to find BOOKS like it’s a child’s story game??) we’re trying to find LITERALLY THE LARGEST PERSON IN OUR GROUP and she’s getting sucked into the walls and taken to elsewhere<\/em> and I am SO SICK OF THIS PLACE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had working for the docks, and working for Gregory Rockblight-damned Faust and I picked the magical asshole because it seems like it’d be a shale vein of a job. Plus it was closer to the bars. Turns out great for me, huh? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At least the armor is working with me right now? It is pretty neat to be able to…I dunno, I guess be useful in a fight for once? I feel maybe like I have an ally. A pretty messed up abomination of a thing on me so tight it’s in my skin, but…an ally. And I guess, that’s not so bad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
